Refund & Cancellation Policy: To help us create the best experience for every guest, we purchase supplies and prepare each project based on the number of registered attendees. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Guests who do not attend without notifying us forfeit their registration and project supplies. Any unclaimed project materials become the property of Hobby House. By registering for a Hobby House event, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
